Karthus
Level 1 just hit minions after level 2 can harass and doge his Qs. laning phase will be boring if enemy karthus is a good player. What i recommend you to do is play also passive get as many stacks as possible and try to get an elimination even if it is a trade.( you have to kill first to collect all the stacks ) and from there snowball. late game cant prevent karthus damage but can reduce it with mr boots and maw.

Champion Build Guide
Ive been also top 51 draven according to League Of Graphs
[About me]
Im 18 years old
I live in germany
I play league since S9
im a main draven but also play twitch/karthus when banned
Nationality is Greece
Will add more......
First and foremost to play draven you will have to put a lot of time in games to get used to him and if you wanna climb the ranks and make montage clips you should have in my opinion atleast 1000-2000 games played on him
Have the mental strength to lose a lot of games
And also lastly hes very punishable a small mistake can ruin you the whole game so be mindful for that
So all in all if you have a lot of time and madness in you go for it.
Why you should play draven?
-Draven is in my opinion one of the funnest champs out there to play
-Has a unique playstyle to him wich no other adc does
-Rewards you massively for good plays
Wanna be strong from lvl 1
Wanna lead the game
Wanna snowball
First i would recommend you get the basics down as best as possible, learn how to use your kit as best as you can, the better you use your abilities the more effective your are. Dont try to do fancy stuff from the beginning it will be a slow journey wich in the end will play off!.
Random tip:
One Other tip wich is kinda random but i had it myself was the my managmenet of my Qs, you should allow yourself to lose 1 or even 2 axes to not die, Dont put yourself in risky situations to save axes, Try to learn where to hold and drop axes.
Unusual build paths:
best friend of draven is Raw ad stats so its not a problem if you build seratted dirk, BF sword, pickaxe and vampiric. random list of items but i hope you get the point, not neccesary to complete item.
PATIENT:
Dont always think that every game will be 1v9 some matchups are harder than other so dont get upset if you dont have 10 kills every game at 10 minutes. Draven can also benefit by being patient csing good and cashing in the right place right time.
Low Elo:
People in Low elo tend to make alot of mistakes wich you can capitalize on and snowball really hard, this comes from experience. Try to watch high elo draven players or even your own vods and see where you couldve killed the enemy.

This topic really hard to explain but still i gave my best.
And before reading lets ask ourselves what is a good Mindset?
General rule of having a good mindset is to always blame yourself, to understand that:
- YOU ARE THE REASON YOU ARE NOT CLIMBING.
- YOU CAN ALWAYS IMPROVE.
- DONT LET YOUR EGO TO GET INTO YOUR WAY AND TO LISTEN TO BETTER PLAYERS.
- YOU ARE TRYING YOUR BEST EVERY GAME
- BE OPEN MINDED TRY NEW THINGS ON YOUR CHAMP AND FIND WHAT WORKS- LEARN FROM YOUR MISTAKES
- DONT REPEAT MISTAKED
This list is not perfect but should give you a different perspective.
[My History in League of Legends]
I started playing League around s9-ish and from my early days i didnt like bot lane at all and i despised this lane for many reasons, but as time went on i had my eyes on draven but since he was a botlaner i dindt pick him up for obvious reasons, but all of the sudden one of my mates that we played another game together was somewhat of a draven main and on top that he played him on mid-lane giving me somewhat of a push to play draven mid.
so i began playing draven mid a-lot and i mean a-lot i really noticed the difference in skill as time went on but there was a problem, as i was becoming a better player my rank wasnt going up, so after a lot of critikal thinking my only solution was to play draven bot-lane even tho i despised having a teammate who could ruin my game.
But as time went on again, i realised that playing mid lane draven has evolved my indepedent skill so much that i dindt need a support and as a conclusion i realized that i dindt need a teammate in low elo to climb. (easier when you have one but you get the point)
You might ask yourself what rank did you climb with draven after you switched from mid-lane to bot-lane? and i would answer you from low silver to high gold low plat.
But the difference was that i understood from that time and on the most important skill that you can have in league and that is Mindset.
So from there it was all a matter of time now to improve, learn from better players with no ego, understand that most of the games are decided by me, understand what play did i do wrong in the match that i lost or what couldve i done to win this game.
Thats why mindset is so important.
[IMPORTANT]
sometimes the best advice is not for you to follow a step by step guide and and copy everything it says, it is to give you a perspective and for you to go on and solve your own problems and make the best product out of your self because at the end of the day everyone is different. But be careful to what i am saying, im not denying meta is meta ofc the are the best statistical builds but the best statistical doesnt
mean the best for everyone. add your salsa, leave your mark and have your opinion.
