You can build it in the full health build instead of Overlords Bloodmail, its just that i dont like very much that item in the mayority of scenarios because i dont play udyr as a Split/clearer, dont get me wrong, its a really good item if u like how it works, but 90% of the games i preffer the damage of Botkr agains tanks or bruisers or Bloodmail for the full health Combo, but it cant be replaced for sure...

Zed jg is not a pick that I have seen a lot lately, but you have to first think about what your build will be based on, a balanced one to be able to kill any of the 5 enemies or one focused on directly countering Zed (In case They praise him quite a bit).

If you want the balanced build I recommend the one in the guide, obviously if you are fighting a lot against Zed you can make changes in the order of the objects (Arm yourself Steelplates and for the third item go for Deaths Dance, for the fourth item Sterak), in everything In this case, unless Zed has a lot of kills advantage, you should win the 1 vs 1 confrontations with ease. On the other hand, if he is very fed and you want to build a special build so that he doesn't kill you, try the following build:
Trinity Force, Steelplates, Ruined King, Frozen Heart or Dead's mans plate, Sterak and Deaths Dance (You can arm yourself with Edge of Night instead of the Sterak but I don't recommend it much because Zed can easily take it off with his Q).
