Mhm rapid fire cannon is a good choice on quinn it's just not my personal preference. Mercurial simitar although does give life steal I think it's much more useful as a defense item. I usually will never get the item just for the life steal and I'll usually get it only for the qss effect.

Rly nice guide,build is great. I like to play skirmishers - rapid - IE - mercurial scimitar - GA and boots of mobility. It works very well if enemy doesn't have tanks and they are not stacking armor. I would like to see mercurial scimitar in "life steal choice" in your guide :)
