hi lolawa1 nice question, I usually go Chrysalis becsuse of the early hp it gives rather than second wind the reason I take it is because you dont need that much sustain in the early game because there is not much champion that can poke you I rather take the HP and adaptive damage later in the game you can also take second wind but chrysalis will be more impactful later in the game the sustain from grasp, ravenous hubter and taste of blood is already enough to take trades unless you are against mundo jayce or sion.
