Backstab (PASSIVE)
Shaco Passive Ability
Introduction
Shaco has a pretty rough time going toe to toe with some of the higher damage AD carry's, specially come late game when that fed Tryndamere is Om Nom Nomming you and your boxes with ease..
Always take JACK IN A BOX first for two main reasons:
1. As you know, face checking bushes is never a good idea.. Toss a box at max range to check them, giving you time to either run... or set up.
2. Filling a bush with 2-4 boxes USUALLY spells doom for ANY champion who gets caught in the fear. While they try to run, and they will, be ready to stab them in the back for the passive to kick in!
Next big one to level up would be your TWO-SHIV POISON. Once you get to the point where you are able to chase and sustain some more it is absolutely IMPERATIVE to have this as closed to max as possible. With the slow, you should have no issues catching the enemy champion and once again activating your passive.
Deceive will be the second skill you are to max. The crit output from this is HUGE for an opener. Also doubles as a perfect escape mechanism.. Pretty self explanatory...
Hallucination is, of course, your ultimate which in turn makes it your most powerful ability. Sure the damage isn't as high as say your two shiv poison or deceive... but a good Shaco can always control their hallucination to either tank a tower or be an escape mechanism or even bait a champion into your bushes and boxes!

This is where my guide veers off path compared to all other jungler guides. I use ignite due to the fact it makes a huge difference in ganks. In all stages of the game. Up until level 4 or until you get your Wriggle's Lantern stay in a lane. Once you get that run off into the jungle and run around killing everything you want. Make sure to pop out in a random lane every once in a while to keep them guessing a wary at all times. When your team calls for a gank try to set up a few boxes behind the enemy in the bushes because people ALWAYS drop into bushes to drop line of sight. This will make it easy to gank them to high hell. Do the usual deceive/ two shiv poison and hallucinations as needed.
Start off at level 4 with the mobs beside the blue buff before moving in to take that out. Having the mana regen helps to ensure you jungle as long as you can before you need to do anything else. After the blue buff, kill both camps of mobs next to red before moving in. This is around the best time to gank as well when you have both buffs because its easy to catch people unawares in the lanes. After a bit more jungling and level 6, jump onto the dragon to quickly give your team a nice gold boost. Drop off a sight ward from your wriggles at Baron and then head back to base to get whatever you can afford at the time!
