I've noticed that ther's not many AP shaco builds out here on Mobafire, so i decided to make the one that i use.

This built requires a knowledge of shaco, so i would recommend first time users to go with the AD build which is a lot easier to use, and sometimes grants a better result.

The build will grant you around 800AP with fully stacked soulstealer, and make you almost able to OneShot Players with low hp (Ashe, Heimerdinger etc. etc.).

Well Lets start.

EARLY GAME

In the start you want to get the 20 AP+ and pick The "Jack in the Box", simply cause it pwns. In 5v5 i would recommend going for the Golem buff, and in 3v3 for the lower bush to place a lot of boxes or to the right mid to place them ther. This will give you a great bonus damage vs incomming enemies.

Early you should focus on getting XP and only on kills when you are sure to get them, it is though a very smart thing to stack up Jack in the Boxes in highly trafficed brushes, this will either grant you with random kills, great places for ganks, nice escapes or just lots of damage to nearcomming foes.

MID GAME

Midgame is where the fun really starts, you should have around 10-16 stacks on your soulstealer (depending on the team) and should have around 200 AP (depending on runes and etc.)

If your playing well (and your team is too) you should have 0-2 deaths and having the enemy team hating you for your annoying skills of escaping.

Your items should be:
Soulstealer, Boots and a half finished Archangels Staff.

The reason why your staff isnt finished would be that you need the extra mana from the Teardrop (every spell you make grants you permanent +mana) and will make your Staff even more powerfull.

LATE GAME

Late game your soulstealer should be full or almost, and your AP should be 500+
This will make your shiv give around 700 damage (depending on targets magic resist, and if you hit them from behind) Remember that you will give 25% more damage from behind.

Your item build would now go to the Lich Bane and your dps should take down almost any target easily. (Tanks can be a problem to take down in 1 ability streak)

When your Lich Bane is finished, you should give around 1000+ damage per shive (again depending on your targets magic resist) and your clone 1300 on death. This will also make your clone a great weapon for suiciding missions (running down to suspected ganking brushes and tower diving.

When your fully itembuild is finished you should be almost at the win (if not already won) and you should be feared by most, then it is time to the grand finally. you can now take down towers too, with your Lich Bane and your clone + Jack in the Boxes your a great threat to towers, and should be able to take them down fast.

Your Attack Sequence should be "Deceive > Jack in the Box > Lich Bane (Normal Attack) > Two-Shiv Poison > Hallucinate (if target isnt dead or low on HP)

Remember to stack up the Boxes both Mid game and Late game too, The boxes should give around 200 - 300 damage per shot each and be a great way to kill targets easily.

When fully built, your shiv should give around 1600+ damage and your lichbane should give around 800.
