Honestly its hard to rate a build that has so little information truly involved in it. From the information I can tell at hand I would recommend pushing the sheen first over the brutalizer because the cost is cheaper and the proc from Sheen can help get the kill faster than rolling out with just a long sword and trying to lane it out. On the plus side as well the mana gem allows for more casts which allow for more damage. Just a thought.
