first off you need to know that he will be raping if using this build

Skill Sequence

Why you should get these skills and in this order?
Q. this is mainly for diving your enemies and sometimes escaping, not as much damage in this skill as in the others
E. This is were you get more damage on your attacks wich is very helpful and does a lot more damage than u would think.
W. This is very helpful!!! max this second simply because it helps you escape along with do damage and slows the enemies around you.
R. Grab a point in it whenever you can, this is your ult and does a great amount of damage along with slowing the opponent and knocking them in the air for a short period of time

Summoner Spells

Ignite: Targets a single champion dealing 50 + (lvl x 20) true damage over 5 seconds. Also reduces the target’s healing and regeneration by 50%.
Very useful for the last little bit of damage needed for the kill!

Ghost:Your Champion ignores unit collision and moves 27% faster for 10 seconds.
while fizz's passive already allows him to ignore unit collision this makes him faster allowing him to run away or dive in for the kill.

smite:Deals 420 + (lvl x 25) true damage to target enemy minion or pet.
Although this doesn't work on champions it is amazing for jungling and for helping later in the game against super minions

What runes and why?????
Magic penetration to help you do more damage to people using magic resist or do even more damage to people with low magic resist.
Armor runes. These are very helpful especially when going against attack damage champions and can sometimes make u stay alive because of it
Magic resist: good against ability power champions reducing the amount of damage you take from their abilities.
Health regen: very helpful when trying to maintain a lane or last longer in jungle. this allows you to sit there while u gain more and more hp back instead of having to go back to the spawn pool and walk all the way back to your area

You may think that its stupid for this champ and no one will do it, but me and a friend of mine tried it and he is extremely well with it, we have found that his ganks are amazing along with the fact that the enemy will not be thinking that you will do this well.
so if your going to do this then first grab cloth armor and 5 health pots,
go to blue and get someone to pull for you( also known as leash or getting them to do damage to the creep along with taking some hits)
then head to wolf camp, kill them and head to wraiths. if your health and mana is still good and u feel u should grab the golems or red try it, i havent tried with red buff on first rotation but you may be able to get golems if your doing well.

Farming: this is essential for all champions since it usually impacts whether or not your team wins or loses, when playing as fizz you want to make sure to harass your opponents along with last hitting minions as much as possible
what do i mean by last hit? cs(creep score) only counts if you get the killing hit on a creep(minions or monster) if you kill the creep with smite it also counts towards cs. But the reason you need to last hit is
A. more experience for the creep kill and also gives you gold
B. instead of attacking the minions the whole time you can harass the enemies then come and hit the minion and then harass more.
C. if your only attacking minions instead of just trying to last hit then the enemy team will try to attack you first since you are the most vulnerable

Last hitting(more information)

here is a little more information about last hitting that may help you out some.
Last hitting minions is key in League of Legends. Regardless of how much damage you do to minions, the killing blow or 'last hit' will be rewarded with gold which increases as the minions level up during the game. So, knowing that gold comes from last hits, obtaining them is obviously key. Last hitting can be quite tricky for a few reasons. Minions can last hit other minions which is the primary reason last hitting can be quite difficult, and, in most cases, your ally will also be trying to score last hits. Timing is key when trying to last hit minions, but learning exactly when to attack is a skill that comes from practice. However, it is much more efficient to wait for a minion to be low on health and then attack it rather than attack it and simply hope to last hit it. Also, using your champions abilities to last hit is a great tactic, but whether or not you can do this depends on the champion.

What is harassment you may ask?
Harassment occurs when the opposing champions in each lane attack each other without the intent of killing.
how to harass with fizz.
start off by diving at them with your Q then attack a couple of times also allowing you to use w if you need the extra damage.
after that you should get away with your e to make you take less damage and escape any abilities they might be casting against you.

Very important for you and your teammates!!!
If you are a jungler you will definitely need to buy these for your team and help them out.
Where do you want to put these wards? and what wards to get?Anywhere there is green is mainly for the whole game, if its near your lane then try to ward it when necessary or needed
anything in blue is mainly for if you are jungling or if they try to steal your buffs repetitively
and red is for if they are ganking you pretty hard and need it

Now for if you should get sight(green) or vision(pink) wards.
if you are going against opponents that can go invisible then you will need pink wards sooner or later. if the people in your lane dont have any ability that makes them invisible for a few seconds then dont waste your money and instead go with green wards until you need the pink. if the enemy team has no champions that can go invisible then dont buy pink wards, they would just b a waste unless you used to find enemy wards. but instead of buying wards to find theres just get an oracles elixer and use it to find and destroy their wards
