Hello guys, This is a guide of Shen, now this actually is my item build on Shen which I do use now if you guys have anything you think would make this guide better share, if I find it better then what I have, I'll put it in and give you credit as it's your idea not mine...... Now don't put random **** hoping it'll get put in because it won't.

PROS
Can take insane damage
Can tank a turret so someone else can kill it (Master Yi or Tryn for example)
Doesnt die much once you get third item
Can make a fed Tryn and/or Master Yi hate life
Great at tanking physical damage, decent at tanking magical damage
Can save allies well
Can make a fight 2v1 very fast with R

CONS
Has about no damage..... almost
Needs help to lane or fight usually

As you notice thats not all Pros and Cons but the Pros are more then the Cons if played right and well and your partner isnt a noob...

Runes are up to you, these are my prefered runes. I hear a lot of my friends saying that I should buy flat not per level, I tell them per level is better in late game flat is better early and sometimes mid game, now I guess its up to you but i suggest per level...

I believe that with any tank, you should have some tanky items (thanks a lot captian obvious!!) so then the tank can stay alive better and can support the team and save them.
I often get asked why not get support tank items? The truth, I have tried them, but I always Shadow Dash into the enemies, therefore I need all the survivability i can get, usually I get 5 champions on me so MAJOR tanking items always works the best, that with Feint always keeps me alive to the end. Ok guys for first items, you can get a doran shield or the boots, and with boots as many health potions as you want, I start with boots and 1 health potion but your choice.

I choose these masteries, because Shen is a TANK therefore I give him tanky Masteries so it helps him tank better. These also keep you alive longer so you dont have to go b as much and you can tank better, and longer!!

Teleport: Why not?? If you gotta go somewhere fast this is your spell.
Heal: It keeps your alive thats all!!
Fortify: Tanks should carry this because it's a tanky Summoner Spell.
I often get asked why not have flash? simple: your Shadow Dash is in a way flash.

To tell you the truth it doesnt matter the sequence but this is my skill sequence, but always remember that starting with your W, the shield, is best as it shields from damage. A lot of people say Q is best sicne it gives healing on each hit, but if you time the W right you dont take as much damage and if you got right runes and masteries you take less damage anyways, so if your taking low damage, why do you need the healing? plus your masteries give good healing per 5 anyways.
