Items

I recommend you start of with Brawler's Glove with a health potion.

Follow the build after you start with these items.

The last item (most likely your choice)

Guardian Angel is not a requirement.

For my build, I put in Guardian Angel because once you go down, you should have an amazing output damage which leads to an amazing lifesteal percentage. Therefore, you should be able to get back up and chop the enemy's health down.

You can either keep this item or if you want, buy an item which would help you sustain, such as a Warmog or a Frozen Mallet
