In the early game u need to farm as much as possible,while poking your oponent in the lane,but dont spam ure Q to much because you will run out of mana.When you get lvl 6,put as many shrooms as possible in the river part,so you cant get ganked,dont put mushrooms in the lane.If you are losing the game i recommend you start shrooming baron around the 15:00 mark so if they do baron,you could potentialy get a kill or,not you still have vision.
