Hey checked out your guide, you might want to do a few changes in it. I have no problem with your runes, they seem good, you can additionally use hybrid penetration reds for better damage with your ablities.

Masteries: With the new passive that gives bonus armor and mr from the beginning, you don't need Hardiness and Resistance anymore. You're better off with smite mastery and some in the Health regen one. You should grab all 3 points on Tenacious , and safeguard isn't a bad pickup and all, since the new meta is all about diving or holding turrets. Legendary Armor is completely useless unless you build full resistances. Warmogs+Mallet = no resistances but hp. Relentless is a must have against the likes of Nasus, Nunu & Willump and so on. If they slow you, you can't do much even with your movespeed quints and boots.

Items: 3 offensive items seem to be overkill in the jungle, and I don't think you can afford 3 or more 3000+ gold cost items, unless all of your games strech into the 45-50 minute mark. I'd say cut Ravenous Hydra and Invest in a cheap defensive item such as Runic Bulwark or Locket of the Iron Solari.
In the jungle you should forget about most offensive 3000 gold items, and go for gold efficiency. You're not a laner, you get less gold. For offensive items Zephyr or Wit's End are great pickups, but you can just get BotRK and tenacity from boots or golem spirit.
