After playing Shyvana i dont think she should be either a jungler or a full AD carry.

I'm a little confused by this post, the defensive item selection shouldn't reduce your damage output, there is a slot left intentionally open in the item list specifically for a defensive item.


Generally speaking, it seems like most of the concerns over this build are oriented about a general lack of defense and whether she is a solid jungler or not.

As for the defense concerns, I can see this point. Shyvana naturally develops armor and high hp, which to many will suggest that she should be tankier. Personally I like to play her as a jungler/pusher/tower buster/assassin, not as an offtank. I did change the build to include more tanky items, but I feel she is best played as an AD carry. If I deviate from the core of how I play her, the guide will lose viability.

As for her ability to jungle, it is true that she does lack cc and also that she is not the strongest ganker. Her lack of CC is one of the primary reasons a is built so early on, and I am strongly considering swapping it with in the build order to compensate for that.

As for my choice of over , I remain fairly resolute on this decision. simply scales significantly better with AD, increasingly so with each point. When you buy your you should start seeing huge damage output you just would not have with points focused in . I do understand how seems the better pick, and it is worth putting a second point into early on. Take a little time to read the "Abilities Breakdown" section.
