I disagree with your cons. Immensely. WTF is this slower jungling, she's got the fastest clear speed in the game? You can bring Exhaust and it would work just fine for CC. Actually, when Descent is used well, it carries them farther than Skarner's ultimate does.

And why do you say she's focused down easily, then go on to say "tank tank tank?"
