Your build is really strange and the only reasoning that you have given is that you have had 66% win rate. Another silly thing is that there are no explanations about what to do in teamfights - in late game. Just one "super old" video (as you have said yourself). I can't even get its point. We are talking about sion not leona and back then sion was nothing like the current sion.
Anyway, bad guide. You should put some effort:
-Learn how to BBcode
-Fill your guide with information about the champion
-Look at almost every aspect
-And so on
All you need to do is to spend some time in developing your skills in making guides
