Items

Insert a "Locket of Iron Solari" in after the Wriggle's were ever needed as a BASE item.(Mobafire doesnt have that as an item yet so just make due) When buying the Bloodthurster get rid of the Wriggle's. And if your enemy team is all or mainly AP dont buy the thorn, buy the Banshees Vail insted.

Creeping / Jungling

Start at red, golems, wraiths, wolves, then give blue to mid/AP on team. Then gank/go back and play Mr.OP how you want.
