Generally you use your ult/ghost IN a team fight to maximize effectiveness and you use Teleport to GET TO a team fight. Also very nice for ganks. A very good example is teleporting to a ward or Teemo Shroom in a bush

if you got ur ult, ghost and +3 shoes do u really need teleport to get places? =|

Also, I hope you like it and I plan to bring many more builds
Contructive critisism is always welcomed as well.

Sorry that the end is a bit lacking, it was originally longer but when I saved as a Draft it didn';t save that part and I had to re-do it. I was a little angry and just wanted it to be completed (: Eventually I will come back and revise as needed.
