Choose Champion Build:

  • LoL Champion: Singed
  • LoL Champion: Singed

Explanation

This build is for singed 5v5 solo top, tank/utility singed. Doesn't contain any detail yet but the item/mastery/rune info should be good for people interested in trying.
Build is designed for play against decent players with balanced teams, not all ad carries or ap stunners. Lots of sustain and gold so you should be able to dominate or at least stay in, your lane until your teleport comes up. I take the gold at start masteries so that you can start with another pot which means you can be more aggressive early.
Build is for very fast and high regen and armour/mr rather then going for high health. Rod of ages in there for the leveling sustain and to help give you a little bit more punch.
The last item can be anything really, guardian angel is just what I often end up going with. Other final items I recommend are warmogs(if they are stacking apen%/mpen%), rylais(just awesome) or rabadons deathcap (basically doubles your poisons damage). Really late game sell shurelyas and buy one of the other late game items that you don't have like frozen heart/randuins, thronmail or sunfire cape. Sadly the options for Mr arent quite as expansive. Lich Bane, abyssal scepter and banshees veil are the best options here with Lich Bane probably being the best, obviously depending on your team

You can build armor or magic resist first, I like to go with FoN before frozen heart as it gives me more move speed and massive regen and lets me keep the gp5 item for longer. Build what ever you are laning against first though.

Elixir of brilliance. Grab this when you are most of the way through your build and think there's a big team fight coming up and you have gold that you can't put towards next item.

If you are laning against someone who starts stacking magic resist early on and doesn't have any cc then you can go with sorcerer's boots and Eleisa's Miracle if you need to reduce some cc later on. If uou do go with this option you probably want to grab them before you start to make force of nature. Late game you can swap back to mercurys treads and grab one of the top tier items.
Same thing with what sort of armour you want to go for. Randuins Omen and Frozen heart are both very good options. If you think you can sustain in lane pretty well, your enemy is just using abilities against you or you aren't using up your mana then randuin's omen can be a great option. Conversely, if you are getting auto-attacked alot, run out of mana, need to use your abilities more or need more health than regen then go for Frozen Heart.
Both are very good items and very similar cc against auto-attackers, I'd say its up to personal preference.
The first build is what I would consider the norm however the second build here is randuins and mixing it up, with sorcerer boots early.

Also another hint is to start of with fling, rather then poison, and start bot see if you cant help that lane get an early kill then teleport up to top and meet your minion wave up there. If your playing against a team without a jungle (baddies) then dont try this as you will need all your mana and health for your lane.

I will expand the guide if I get any interest.
Thanks for reading,
Blonky

P.S in case you were looking at the stats for this build. Without your 6th item and at level 18 you will have:
2466 mana not the 2050 listed.
3419 health, before getting rylais.
196 health per 5, not 112 as listed.
192 armour meaning 66% reduced damage.
155 magice resist meaning 61% reduced magic damage.
