HP stacking also makes you highly susceptible to Bio-Arcane Barrage, Null Zone, Madred's Bloodrazor and the likes. You should explain more analytically why you choose this build path over the more standard ones. Overall, need a lot more detail and attention.
Bio arcane barrage, null zone, and bloodrazors all deal magic damage. With a FoN and mercs, you should be able to counter these. The reason I chose rod stacking over 1 rod and other items, is that stacking rods gives you massive amounts of health and AP. However, you don't have to get 3 rods. If you need to be tankier, you can get 2 rods, a FoN, and a frozen heart. The basic idea of this build is to take advantage of singed's passive and the combination of health and mana from the rods. Also, buying 3 rods makes the enemy team rage at you and makes you feel warm and fuzzy inside. Its fun.
