Good build. The Omen and Frozen Heart abilities stack passively to shut down any team with strong AD :) The MR is running a little low in this build, but you have enough health to be able to survive it and not worry about it. Nice job. I do also like teleport on this champion as he can easily save towers with his poison trail and push towers with his ultimate as well. I would like to add cleanse as another viable summoner spell for chasing down that bastard that gets away. +1
I was just thinking of summoner spells off the top of my head, so I will definitely be adding cleanse to the list. It's not one I normally end up running, but one that is undoubtedly useful.
Also for any magic heavy teams you can always sub in Merc Treads for the boots of swiftness, and throw in a Banshee's Veil at the end instead of Frozen Heart. Perfectly acceptable to get the job done :)

I'd rather get a Banshee, for the mana, health, MR, and nice passive, it's an awesome item item on singed, or with Sunfire if the enemy team don't have much CC/Magic damage. Or even a Frozen heart, it gives a lot of mana, so a lot of health, has CD reduction and a great passive to apply to that, and gives a ****load of armor!
