If you find it worth investing the time and effort, I'd advise you to add some pictures/videos to spice this up some - or at least look at the guide on making guides.

Also, singed doesn't really need CDR, but I suppose if you orient the play style towards Fling a lot that could work all right. Maybe AP instead.

Great ability sequence though.

This build was again, really interesting! Those masteries!! I would never have thought to try that out. I was building Singed like a regular tank character. I am not so afraid to give him a try now that I actually understand what to build ;P

Thanks! I always appreciate constructive criticism. I usually run around the enemies in team fights and I find the slow helps your team escape and the extra ap makes you harder to ignore, but it's definately just personal preference. I'm pretty new to mobafire (Only my second guide) so I think I will go back and tweak my 2 guides, add some optional items and such.

And yeah, stacking RoA... just not a good idea. :P

Nice guide, but a little constructive criticism.
1. Build is good, i'm glad your not one of those people that tells me that I need to stack roa to play a good singed.. XD. I don't really like Rylai's simply because as a tank your job is to try and draw as much of the enemy damage as you can and if you faster than them, damaging them, and slowing them constantly so that they can't even hit you, there's not a lot of reason to continue chasing you. But i guess it's just a matter of personal preference.
2. Maybe an area for optional items?
And that's about it. All in all i like this guide, giving you a thumbs up.

i joined just to thumb up this one, i don't use the vail, but other than that you really do trololo around the place xD no one can hurt me and im free to throw people into ganks and poison mobs xD
