This is my most used build on Sion.
Let's start. (I will finish it soon and when I learn to write my build correctly with images and the reason of objects I buy)

Sion has a 40% chance to ignore up to 30/40/50 damage each time he is attacked. The damage reduction is calculated before armor benefits are taken into account.
Well, this is a really good skill since Early-Game until Late-Game. Why? Because, at Early-Game, it helps you to kill minions and, obviously, resist the focus for 1st kill.
Blasts a single enemy, dealing 70 / 125 / 180 / 240 / 300 (+100% of ability power) magic damage and stunning for 2 seconds.
Cooldown 12 / 11 / 10 / 9 / 8 seconds | Cost 100 mana | Range 550
Okay, this is a quite versatile skill, it's really helpfull when you're getting focused, because you can stun enemy's best Dps, so you'll get less damage.
And! the offensive use of this skill, it's obvious, STUN!
2 seconds stun should give you an advantage that should be probably the needed to win the fight.
Obviously, to help your teammates when they're getting focused and to resist pushes.
Sion surrounds himself with a shield which absorbs 120 / 170 / 220 / 270 / 320 (+100% of ability power) damage. If the shield is not destroyed in 10 seconds, it will explode, dealing 120 / 170 / 220 / 270 / 320 (+100% of ability power) magic damage to surrounding enemies.
Cast again after 4 seconds to manually detonate.
Cooldown 4 seconds | Cost 70 / 80 / 90 / 100 / 110 mana | Range 1
I really don't use this skill until I'm in Late-Game and I want to get out of my way some creeps... jungling... If you want to get this skill at Early-Game, you should get it at Lv3. I think it's usefull to get this skill at low levels if you're getting focused all time and you can't level up easy, this would help, and if you need a source of money, you can use this to kill the waves of creeps or just to damage them, but I prefer to kill those waves with autoattack (It doesn't cost any mana)
Toggle: Increase Sion's damage by 25 / 35 / 45 / 55 / 65, and he gains 1 / 1.5 / 2 / 2.5 / 3 maximum health per kill.
Cost 6 / 8 / 10 / 12 / 14 health | Range 1
I really like this skill and Enrage will be our first "way to increase" our damage. It's really usefull at Early-Game and Late-Game.
BE SURE YOU'VE IT ALWAYS ACTIVATED! (If you're going to die, deactivate, regen and GO! if you haven't bought the lifesteal items.)
Do not worry about the life you lose with each hit, the improvement of damage should be enough to keep it always up! =D
Grants Sion 50 / 75 / 100% lifestealand 50% attack speed for 20 seconds, additionally Sion's attacks heal surrounding allies for 25 / 37.5 / 50% of damage dealt.

WHAT A LOL! Okay, let's think!
100% Lifesteal. Hm... It says you can get healed really fast and more with 50% attack speed, so, if you're killing someone, and you think he might run away or you're going to die, activate and let your autoattacks do the remaining.
Obviously, if your team is pushing and they need a heal, be sure of activating and killing some minions. You will heal your teammates really easy! =D

Why those? Okay, let's start.
Magic Resist runes because you aren't getting a lot of M.def and I think it's REALLY important when you need to survive.
Critical Strike Chance runes because we need to do as fast as possible a critical strike to get FULLYHEALED with our skills activated. It's a good way to stay in your lane and to kill champions easily.
Attack Speed runes because we need to hit as fast as possible to get other champion to the floor, so it's important.
If you think you need something more, you could get AD runes and Critical Damage runes.
