-1, I do not like spell shield at level 1.
That's fine, when you get to a normal elo you can see what works better.
The best thing about those items is that they are cheap and you will build them really fast which can give nice advantage. But building them (you should have almost all of them at around lv 11 or so) and then just selling them and getting Bloodrazor instead of Lantern and Banshee's for Hexdrinker late game might be better.
Also been playing with Masamune for a while but kinda drop it because I think that it's waste of money if you don't take talent that further increases your mana by x%.
Thanks for commenting =)
Also I found out that Tiamat does together with ricochete great AoE plus with runes you get mp/5 regen good enough to spam BB and ricochete. Also if you play good and have good lane partner you are okay with just Rejuvenation Bead and Faerie Charm at the start of the game (and still have like 45g left) which you use for Tiamat later on. Not to mention +50dmg you get. So IMHO Tiamat is just great item.
Hexdrinker (great anti caster item) and Wriggle's Lantern (decent dmg+armor+life steal AND ward for 3mins every 3mins which is just great) works great too and you can switch them for something more expensive later on (for example Hexdrinker for Banshee's Veil or you can just have Banshee's Veil and Hexdrinker).
I just go for dmg/life steal/atk spd/survivabily items only. No crit and avoiding chance on hit.
Buying order differs from game to game and all this is just still in testing phase. Still trying to figure it all out.
Anyway, nice guide I liked it :)

Just coming back to comment more on how I'm building this champion.. I have recently been playing alot of Sivir and a bit more AS may be needed. The reason Sivir is considered OP and is a frequent first pick/ban in Ranked is due to her Ricochet being able to hit the tank in the front, while bouncing all the way back to the carry, allowing you to hit their entire team (combined with a well-timed boomerang). I generally run Ghost + Flash, purely for positioning and the fact you will never die in combination with Spell Shield and a Banshee's Veil. Also: with the change to early game mana regen, you don't need both seals and glyphs of clarity - either take one or the other. I recommend taking flat MR glyphs and maybe even flat Armor seals. With those runes lately I have been running this item build..
Keep in mind health regen beats everything in lane now. You want to stay in lane the entire game (mid preferably) so you can be the most farmed, to scale best with late game itemizing/carrying. I have been running Wit's End lately for the AS boost, and I think it's passive might work with Ricochet.. (might be wrong)
Runes: ArP Marks, Flat Armor Seals, Flat MR Glyphs
AS Quints (Last Whisper makes up for ArP, AS makes easier last hitting early).
Start:
Build: Philosopher's Stone
Sometimes I pick Guardian Angel as my last item, depending on how much overall damage my team can output.
Thanks for the awesome feedback! I changed the runes around, to dodge seals and mana reg glyphs. The reason being that I have survivability against casters already, but not much against physical champions. I'm also not sure where I would fit the AS. I feel like I have quite a lot already; Youmuu's=50%,On the Hunt=65% and Zerkers (If you get them) would give you quite a lot. True, won't always have these off CD but chances are you will and fighting around your cooldowns is better then fighting around the enemies.
TL DR; I'm not sure what I would swap out for more AS but I feel like I have enough as is.
