Coming here and reading see this ruined my day. How did all the positive comments give me such a low build rating. *sigh*

Okay, I tried it several times and it turns out you don't need a mana regen item if you conserve your mana from time to time and use Spell Sheild and Clarity wisely. I guess a mana regen item was just for my personal comfort. The Trinity Force is a really good idea. I'm definitely going to add it as my first item to my build thanks to you. As for the rest of the build it seems to work out for you and some other people, but the Warmog's/Atma's combo is better left off for tanks and there isn't enough attack speed. I appreciate the survivability Sivir gets with Warmog's Atma's combo, but your using up 2 item slots for less damage than you would get from 2 items that offer straight up damage or attack speed. Your runes are an interesting set up you don't have any dodge percentage increase to help out your passive and increase Sivir's defense, but I'm assuming thats what you have Warmog's for. Although, any health regen item for Sivir is too slow your better off with Life Steal items early game. I get Blood Thirster right after Trinity and Boots of Swiftness. Oh! and I LOL'd so hard! When some noob Olaf told me I was ******ed for this build mid game and I was 5/3/10 took down 3 turrets and he had 1/9/0 and no boots! I'm giving you a plus 1 though because for as long as I played Sivir I learned a couple things from this build and thats what this site is for. Thanks

I HAVE to try this build I would have never thought to put any items like Warmog's and Atma's together? For Sivir? I love radical ideas for builds(Mage Wick) but i have a big problem with this build. It barely has any mana regen. With 13mana/5sec what do you hope to push early game? Sure you can use your Spell Shield and hope to use that to get more mana but there is always the off chance that your unsuccessful or unfortunate enough to lane against enemies where you have to get too close to absorb a hit on purpose. AP isn't really necessary any more for Sivir, but that's not gonna stop my from trying out Warmog's/Atma. I happen to have those runes so I'll score after I try it out.

Yes, she has the strongest natural non ulti nuke in the game (without AP, effects, etc). Atma's impaler gives nice damage even though she will do tons of damage anyhow, it's a recommended luxary item. Choose another if you want.

One warmog's armor won't make atma's impaler as useful as you might believe. Also what's up with strongest none-ultiamte nuke in game? There are champions with stronger non ultis too. Kassadin's force pulse for example, ryze overload or spell flux if cast near enough for bounces. Also, it's not very strong if you don't get any ability power. Sure, do not underastimate her, but no not overastimate her either.

8-2-14 first game. i think u need to switch atma and madredz razor for more dmg

this is a very solid build. i used it several times. warmog + atma is nice lategame.
