Well I didn't much feel like leaving a constructive comment before, but that pissed me off into downvoting. I apologize for not leaving anything constructive and just downvoting, but in any case i'll rectify that.

Also Tem, votes are based purely on personal opinion. If I decide FM is not viable on Caitlyn for example, i'm quite fine with downvoting for that reason, even if the rest of the guide is fine.

Also I think we can agree that a SP is much more valuable then a DV is detrimental, and that you could have just upvoted to counter that?

As for my constructive criticism, you max Rico last, don't get an IE even if you have a PD, your build order is incredibly weird and leaves you weak during mid and lategame, a FM is quite weird for Sivir when she already has a shield and a BV would be much better, Starks is an ok item but building it that late is a waste. I'm also not sure what item you plan to sell to make room for boots. Your runes are a bit of a waste, Arpen marks are a billion times better then AD on Sivir, not to mention that you should switch up your Quints to AD and your 9 in utility to get MS, considering you already have mregen runes, which should also be switched for armor seals and mregen glyphs.
