I shall approach this with a positive attitude! AD Skarner is VERY high-risk, high-reward. It is essential to get an early advantage, or it won't work. A good thing with this build is that you start with Iceborn Guantlet. Once you finish that, you can easily switch to a tankier build if you are behind.
I do have some suggestions, however. Instead of buying Recurve Bow just to sell it later, invest in a Stinger, which later builds into Zephyr, to replace the Phantom Dancer. There, now you have better gold efficiency, much needed TENACITY, more movespeed, 10% more CDR, and more AD.
I have seen AD Skarner succeed and carry. It's just risky because it requires that you get ahead and stay ahead.

At least, I agree that all his abilities have synergy with each other.

Still, it is up to you to grow up or not.

@9Ball You don't completely grasp the concept. The Ravenous hydra is for Cs farm mid game when champs start evening out. It also helps in team fights. I do not jungle. This is specifically for solo lane. I have many times carried and it is not unusual for it to happen. The mana regen is for early game lets you apply more damage early game if you can consistently put out more attacks and stay in lane longer.

All of his moves build off of eachother, Each skill adds more of a reason to follow out with the rest of your abilities. Whether it be movement speed attack speed, on hit damage and heal, Or even a slow and all of the above the way you play him is totally up to you but no matter what any of you say I will continue to play him this way and rack in the honorable opponents.

Skarner doesn't need this . You should have Greater Seal of Armor to jungle. Greater Quintessence of Mana Regeneration is a extremely questionable pick. Better go with Greater Quintessence of Movement Speed. You are no Master Yi or Tryndamere: with no defensive items, you will probably die very fast when focused. Skarner might have a high damage, but he is by no means a carry.

You skill sequence is also questionable, since you don't take advantage of maxing any skill until level 14.

Teemo cannot apply slow in anyone who he is chasing, unless through an item.

You don't help your minions - they help you.

Although throatslasher is NA and he'll probably be happy to 1v1 you.

This Build is meant to be AGRRESSIVE Not defensive like other skarner builds, Use all the mana you can afford early game to block other champs feed early on Start off with a hard blue buff if no jungle on your team. The reason skarner is so "Weak" With other builds is because you want to "Conserve" Mana but I seem to have gathered quite differently. 7/10 games unless stupid people are in other lanes im obtain first blood gold. DONT BE SCARED! BUT DONT BE NAIVE!
