this build is very good for skarner. With it you can have alot of HP, normal DMG and AP. All of your skills and auto atk will slow the target. Then you are lv6 you can get to the target with your flash, catch him with your ulty, use ghost and W abilitie to drag him very far and fast. He is very good in team fights but dont be too agresive alone until you have frozen mallet or maby until hextech gunblade.
