What is bro cooking with this build

Thanks man, your guide helped me build the champion in a completely different way and outplay my opponents.

An Example you build lich bane + ardent censer = 15% movement speed on support. with your rune you get extra 15% movement speed that are +30% movement speed while slowing enemy. And btw with your E spell you can easy farm money against enemys on start, so the support item works you slow them you guard your adc and if they do a mistake like wasting q by lux you e her run her off stun your adc do the dmg ez working progress.

Now you have boots that are 55 movement speed with your rune + 30% with items +32% by while shilding that means you improve your movement speed by total 62% and an extra by your shild that you already improved by 10% also + ablity power and you also slow them by 50% on maxx. I played it again and its pretty much fun nobody can run that off and its easy for you to cancel a lot of skills while having a pretty good movement.

The + is your improve your champ by defense with ap you improve your champ by shilding power you improve your champ by movement power you improve your champ by cdr. And all cheap as possible. That means your a hurricane by pressing your E very well and also for your 8 sec working progess or even to multi cc with a decent amount of dmg. If you wanna go hard you build my most played build for another way to fight. I have for every positon diffrent runes and items here in my guide ;) get your experience and try it out. Its alsways diffrent to play with diffrent styles and items.

If you wanna get a game carry play with conquerer rune and my most played build dominate your lane and you will dominate the game. If you wanna go as support go with that support stuff and just concentrate to play your cc´s very well by hunting them down its also diffrent to use guardian or you go for multirunes. Just check your clock timings on start you will be passive agressiv. And later you will be tanky and destruct them in your team with your sting. If you play solo lane you will destroy with your DMG runes and item stuff !. Its already diffrent if you just do with lich bane 150 dmg points or 300 DMG points each seconds. Just remember that by building up. And positions and Items always roam by your team and how they or you doing. Its even for the best tank of the world not possible to tank DMG if some laner had feeded an master yi as example with 30 kills

Ardent censer doesnt work with self-cast my dude so its pretty pointless building that
