I apoligize for the faulty first Build that was posted I have rewritten the Build to a more effective build and have illustrated my written guide with more details and instructions for effective use. Please feel free to write opinion's on this build. I find it to be alot better then it previously was (Irelia was the first build i posted to Moba, so i neglected it a bit. Apoligize again)

Lichbane & Trinity Force?

Items that bring you far over the CDR cap?

Magic Penetration?

Sorry, you do not even go into detail how to use Irelia, so any player new to Irelia will be totally confused by this build, as it is not only far from optimal, but also totally intransparent.
