Introduction
Hi Im SnakeTastic im a Euw Player whos stuck in Elo Hell (iron 3) now im gonna show you how to play Lilia Support (also im not sure if this is viable in comp)
Pros
Alot of damage
Decent CC with her E and her ult
Decent Mobility with her Q
scales very well

Runes
Electrocute:Electrocute is a good rune to help your adc in bursting the enemies down
Cheap Shot:cheap shot is good because it gives you extra damage when you ult your enemies
Eyeball Collection:Eyeball collection is good for getting more ap in the later stages of the game !
Ultimate Hunter:Ultimate hunter is a must because it gives your ult (the only ability that Lillia can really support with )way less cooldown !
Glacial Augment:Glacial augment can help your adc way more than electrocute but you will do less damage overall
Perfect Timing:Perfect Timing helps you get zhonyas Hourglass a lil bit faster and you can also use it once to save your life !
Biscuit Delivery:Biscuit delivery Helps you survive a bit more in the early game (and to not feed)
Cosmic Insight:cosmic insight gives you much needed cdr on your ult and your summoner spells
Celerity:Celerity is super good on her because everytime you hit an enemies with her Q (which youl be doing alot) youl have alot of ms in the late game !
Gathering storm:this one is aruguable i prefer gathering because of the crazy ap in the late game

Hextech Glp-800 this items is really good on lillia in my opinion the slow helps your adc and makes whole kit way easier to hit especially the W
Zhonyas Hourglass This one is pretty important too it gives you a good amout of ap and armor at a reasonable gold price and it can save your life
Sorcerer shoesthis one is pretty obvious it gives you much needed mr which is very good against pretty popular supports like nautilus leona etc
Morellonomiconmorello gives you a bit more survivability,AP,and mp
Liandrys Torment Liandrys helps you alot in teamfights and gives you alot of hp and AP !
Rabadons Deathcap Rabadons is really good it gives you so much ap
Void Staff only buy this is if you play against atleast 2 - 3 tanks id reccomend buying morello wit void staff
