Alright, so let's talk early game. Usually you will be starting Q, so feel free to ***** smack anyone crossing a foot over that imaginary middle line in your lane. Your ADC won't have to worry about free pokes while you're around to smack the **** outta people. Build all your skills to level 1 before upgrading, as these will all be necessary for the combo.

You know the feeling. You're walking back to your lane from base when you see that your turret is being attacked. This is when Leo really starts to shine. Signal your ADC to move into river area and get ready to attack. Start scaring them off, then unleash hell on them before they reach river, or just before. Start your W, then grab them with E, stun with Q. They should be half health by now, due to your ADC joining the fight. Finally, just as they think they have hope, preset your ult and leave the rest to the ADC. Place your ult 1 second or so in front of the enemy, 99% of the time, they won't have enough time to react. Just walk away, go finish off the minion wave, pick up some gold, and recall. Restart the cycle from there.

Another good thing about Leona is that her skills reset in almost no time. By the time you kill your enemy laner, take some minion kills, recall, buy some items, and return to your lane, your ultimate will be completely done it's cooldown. At level 2 with nearly full build, your ult should be at 60 second cooldown. That's as long as it takes to cook minute rice. Leona can call down a divine solar nuke in the time it takes Uncle Ben to prepare your Basmatti. DO YOU REALIZE HOW INSANE THAT IS.

Little tip, just for trolling your opponent. You can flash in the middle of using your E. Try grabbing an enemy, rooting him, then flashing over a wall. Hoodini Leona.

Your passive applies a stacked debuff on anything you hit, meaning that you can E an oncoming minion wave, then just let your ADC oneshot the entire wave with an AOE. This is why I like supporting Corki, Varus, or any ADC with the ability to skillshot/AOE that is able to hit multiple enemies or minions. Along with this, using your W as a wave clear in large groups of minions is always a good idea.
