Thank you for this guide its realy useful and helpful. I see you have spent a lot of time. But i have one question:
-Is it better to get
-ScdoWn
Magic penetration works better when you amass large quantity of it (ex. getting +15 magic pen is better when you have other source of magic pen so you have 30 pen together (the effect of pen per point is better the more you have it), however it's not as good if you would only have +15 magic pen after buying the item.). However attack speed is less effective the more you have of it. After switching to attack speed runes I decided to also drop penetration from masteries in favor of bonus cdr, which resulted in having no magic pen source other than boots. So I decided to just switch the boots for berserkers because attack speed will give you comparable amount of dps to magic pen BUT it will also allow you to push turrets much faster and kill monsters and clear waves faster than if you would get magic pen instead. Magic pen is only really worth it if you are looking to oneshot your opponents which azir doesn't really excel in anyway.

I have a question, having a really hard time with mana at early game so I always take morrelo first, but why don't take nashor's tooth right after that and then rylai's?
tnx!
Regarding your question, going Roa>Stringer>Rylai can be a viable path and is actually used not last rarely in soloq. However I myself find Deathcap being simply superior in vast majority of situations where you just need to kill your targets asap instead of slowing them down (at least I see such situations to take place a lot). Rylai can be helpful if you are struggling a lot to even stay alive in the match, or if you feel like the slow from rylai could really save your team from death. Personally I find RoA to be enough in terms of survival and it's often enough to play defensively with your E and ult if you feel like you are endangered.
So all around Deathcap has easily more carry potential and should be primary choice for an Azir main.
