Why these items?
The Nashor's Tooth is made for AP and attack speed, which is needed to make Kayle's E stronger and faster and in a top lane, ranged champs do more damage.
The Berserker's Greaves are for more attack speed and so that you can actually chase your enemies.
Guinoo's Rageblade is really helpful in a way that you get AP, AD and attack speed so you have some base damage in case they build MR.
Lich bane is usefull because its passive starts up when you use your E so the first hit counts a lot and also you'll be using Q and W in fights VERY often so your attacks do much more damage.
Phantom Dancer helps to chase down enemies past minions and more attack speed (The more the better).
Zhonyas for AP, Armor, AND when you're in a sticky situation.
Finally buy Homeguard for Greaves and your all set.
(Don't forget to buy Elixers)
