Hello Summoners, as always and other guides i will explain why i'm main Sona and why i choice this kind of build.

Or not, well Patch 8.15 happens and Akali debut is awesome but here we are talking about our beauty Sona, the fact is that this patch put a worse scenario for the support role and my guide so this is a provisory guide or maybe is complete and working, so i will let a guide to know in which state is the guide

Hola invocadores, como siempre y como en otras guías les explicare porque soy un main Sona y porque escogí este tipo de Build quiero decirles que la parte en español estará en color amarillo para que lo distingan, ahora toca hablarles que a partir del parche 8.15 se nerfeo horrible el rol de soporte, pues los items cuestan mas y ahora estaré en fase de pruebas para las guías, les dejare como distinguir en que estado esta la guía dependiendo lo que encuentren entre [] después del nombre de la guía que seleccionen arriba

Ahora que tenemos problemas para obtener oro rapido, por culpa del parche 8.15 debemos sacrificar daño extra que nos proporciona la runa de dominación y pensar mas económicamente para hacer daño, nos ahorraremos el oro de unas botas y adeudaremos lo necesario para asegurar las kills

At the Start

This item is your source of gold, and remember at the start of the game you are a poking Sona, each Q are 10 or 20 coins of Gold. Upgrade it at the first back because is more Gold source
Este objeto sera tu fuente de oro, asi que recuerda que al inicio del juego tu deber es pokear puesto que cada Q te garantizaran de 10 a 20 de Oro, debes mejorar este objeto en tu primera vuelta a base para generar de 20 a 40 de Oro por Q.


Items in the mid game


You know magic penetration and movility are good options but no for be the first item to finish also there are others good options for boots like Mercury's or Ionian
Sabes la penetración mágica y la movilidad que te brindan son muy buenas opciones pero no para ser un primer item completo, hay mejores opciones para otras situaciones mas complicadas, como podrían ser las botas de mercurio o las jonias

Even if is your main support item you dont want to finish it first, it wont give you much AP
Incluso si este es tu item de soporte principal no lo quieres como tu primer item terminado, no te dará mucho AP ni otros beneficios importantes.


This is your first finish item you want to build, have a decent AP, CDR and Mana Regeneration even his passive is good for Sona W this will help you to stay alive and securing the kill in your line in the most of the games as you first finish item
Este es el primer item completo que quieres tener, tiene una cantidad decente de AP, te otorga regeneración de mana y enfriamiento en habilidades sin mencionar que la pasiva del objeto te beneficia a ti y a tus aliados.


If you play without sorcerer's shoes you will need magic penetration, and this item will help you with that and also his AP will make you a danger for the enemy ADC perhaps it will be a great finish second item in your hands.
En el caso de que juegues sin armarte las botas del hechizero, necesitaras la penetración mágica y este item es mejor para ayudarte con eso y su cantidad decente de AP podría ser la mejor opción para castigar un ADC enemigo al ser tu segundo item comprado.


This item is must to have, his active will help you to escape if you dont have boots, also will help you to make damage, in the most of the times i prefer to save it for a escape and is becuase the Sona Q cant target a wanted enemy just attack the nearly enemy, so you in the most of the time when you active this item to attack will hit the enemy tank.
Este item es obligatorio conseguir en tu partida si quieres ganar, pues su habilidad activa te ayudara a escapar del peligro e incluso podría darte ese daño extra que requieres para asegurar la kill, yo prefiero guardarla para escapar, mas aun si haces una build sin botas. ¿Porque para escapar? la Q de Sona no perdona y ataca al oponente mas cercano a ella eso normalmente quiere decir al tanque por lo que seria un desperdicio usar la habilidad activa de este objeto.

Items in the late game


One of the lastest item to pick. This item will grant you a decent amount of AP in late game but more important is the CDR and the passive, remember Sona Q will attack nearly enemies (max. two of them) and doesnt matter if they flash or try to evade it because Sona Q will follow back to hell and hit them then the passive make effect hitting nearly targets to the hitten enemies.
Al chile para no hacerlo largo explotaras mas enemigos al mismo tiempo por su pasiva, el AP y el enfriamiento te ayudaran a seguir castigando mas seguido a tus oponentes.


Slytherin! i mean is the best final item to pick and is because his incredible AP and Passive, but is a final item because his expensive price just for AP made it not worth it in early and mid game
Lo que se pierden al no leer en ingles, simple mas daño pero muy caro para ser un item para hacer al inicio.

Other good options of items


This is a alternative item to get if you have problem in your line or in the teamfights, you know when you have a ADC and a Pyke making your line a hell of no poking or when they pick double ADC in those cases you want to build it as your second item
Esta es una de mis alternativas favoritas para solucionar problemas con mucho daño físico en la bot lane y me refiero a esos casos del ADC con un Pyke o doble ADC, en estos casos lo deberías armar como tu segundo item


You want to build early as you second item if you enemy team have at least 3 AP champions to deal with it or even as your first item is worth it beacuse his passive
Realmente lo quieres en tu Build como tu segundo item si el equipo rival tiene al menos 3 campeones de daño magico o incluso de primer item te podría servir por su pasiva.


This item is a beast against Soraka and Nami you will want it as your second item to avoid the excess of enemy healing
Heridas graves significa que no se pueden curar bien! objeto indispensable por favor comprenlo he visto partidas perdidas porque nadie compra objetos con heridas graves para detener a una Soraka o Nami

I know i know others players will said this Build and say "I could do it better with other items" yeah is possible to deal more damage with others items but im a Silver Summoner and in my ELO you dont want to skip the healings in the teamfights to keep alive your teammates because in the most of the times they have a terrible focus and depend of you to kill the enemy ADC or MID laner first also in this ELO you will see a lot of tanks in the jungle, top lane and support role, so your team will attack normally a tank
