I dislike getting the Rejuv beads right away. It is much better to get a vision ward and two health potions for the health recovery. Without a vision ward your other two wards are useless if your enemy has one. Mikael's Blessing isn't a core item it is a niche item if you're up against a lot of CC. You are getting Eleisa's Miracle far too late to get the main benefit of it (the fact that you don't need to waste an item slot).

In my opinion Banner of Command is not another option. It is the promote of season 3. Not getting Shurelya's as a core item is also a bad idea. Frozen Heart doesn't really stand as an option for supports. Good for tanks, not for supports.

Your final 6 item build has 0 cooldown reduction which means you'll be waiting 100 seconds before you're able to use your ultimate again which could be the difference between winning in the late game and losing.

I understand your choice in Masteries, but I disagree that nimble is worth that many skill points.

You have spelling mistakes in your guide, you should really run it through a spellcheck.

"Pick Heal because of elise's (item) improved 20% less cd on heal." I don't think you should pick up a summoner spell based on cooldown reduction on an item. If anything you pick up the item because of the cooldown reduction it gives you on heal. You fail to answer why you want heal in the first place.

Your skill sequence section needs some serious work.

When you finish the guide and work on the things I mentioned PM me and I will revote for you. You have some great pictures in there, but right now the build just is not viable.

Cheers.
