Like the people before me, I agree. Dont publish an unfinished guide, as this not only makes it a waste of time for readers, but you're guide is also pushed down the "new guide" list. By the time you complete your guide, it will already be at the very, very back. I highly recommend you archive this, complete it, and then republish once you're done.

Let's get to improving your guide :) Do you lnow the difference between primary and secondary runes? Pretty much all of your runes are secondary, which are less effective. Plus, CD runes and mana regen marks? I'm sorry, but no.
I would take Hybrid pen marks (for autoattacks and spells in lane), Armor seals against the enemy ADC in lane, if you want Mana Regen Glyphs, and AP quintessences for more harass.
Fix the spelling. Please...
Items. Do. Not. Leave. Ruby Sightstone. For. Last. I am a support main. Trust me, 3 minutes and your wards start running out and you don't have time to recall. What are you going to do with only a single ward?
Uh... get a gold income item... they're there for us poor supports. It's to make us rich! :D
