This has some good ideas, but there's a lot that really doesn't jive. It seems like you try to play Sona with a bunch of damage, with some support on the side. This would be a bit better if it were a pure carry build (a bit unorthodox, but whatever) but a lot of these items just aren't great for a support champion. Either get items that give AP and benefit yourself (non-damage benefits) somehow, like archangel's staff or zhonya's ring, or get an item that helps out your teammates, such as aegis of the legion or shurelya's reverie (the active anyways), or both, such as abyssal scepter and will of the ancients. You have a lot of good ideas for sona, but you tear her in so many directions that it's impossible to tell which way you truly want the reader to play. Meijai's is a big no-no on sona, where even a very long game with a lot of assists can lack 20 stacks. Lich bane and void staff should be avoided because they're purely for offense, you can replace the AP in a better way with something else. If you're going for a carry build, I'd ask why you don't max Hymn of Valor first, why you'd even consider aegis of the legion or shurelya's reverie.
I really do appreciate the effort, but I'm not sure which way you're trying to build Sona.
