Just play perma agro and win the game :) Thats all.

U can go lvl 1 die on top turret with execution and get 60 gold for refi pot (u need teammate in 2000 range, so ask for help and ofc dont buy anything except ap supp item on fountain). Ofc be careful if they come for u then kite back with poke so u wont die.
U can also go tabi/mercs if needed.
Try to hit root with q+e, almost never e+q.
On lane heal only when u hit q or when your adc is 10 hp.
Try to hit q whenever enemy adc is about to get cs.
Perma poke enemy (every cd on E try to hit both of them adc and supp) and push them under turret for more free poke, but be careful for ganks. You are so easy to kill.
Idk if its possible but u if u can watch my replays how powerful can be soraka.
