First time Builder, i like the more off meta stuff, and its harder to get more off meta than this. The reason for the more attack speed build is simply this, you land your Q (the AP you have still makes it hurt quite a bit) land the full E and then simply sit back and auto the F outta them. Really hope you enjoy, try it out if it works leave a like so we can see it on the main Soraka build page (don't want people to have to scroll down too much to see the greatness that is Soraka Jg) Planning on adding more builds (such as Full AD Raka and all that jazz) thinking of other builds in the meantime.
