Spells:
Flash
Exhaust
Ability Order
Salvation (PASSIVE)
Soraka Passive Ability
Funny with Soraka?
Flash:
This is the best summoner spell in the game. You will very rarely go without flash in a game. Flash provides your ability to escape, reposition, make an offensive play, a defensive play, escape over a wall, tower dive and get out ASAP, whatever. Flash is the most useful spell you can take.
Exhuaste or Heal:
If you are going to play very aggressive in bottom lane, I like taking exhuast. If you plan on a more passive lane then Heal is nice for baiting the other team into over extending or using it for additional sustain in lane.

Boots of Mobility or Ionian Boots of Lucidity.
I prefer to take the Boots of Mobility, because you can help allies faster and you can place wards much faster and safer.
Ionian Boots of Lucidity gives you 15% CD (Cooldown reduction) But with you masteries and with Shurelya's Reverie you come on 32% CD (max is 40%), also you don't need to buy Ionian Boots of Lucidity and with en Elixir of Brilliance you reach the max.
After Frozen Heart you have Max you CD.
In the earyly game you need much Gold per Sec Items, to buy wards and your Oracle, to safe the lane for Gangs.
As support you need much environment Items.
I start with Aegis of the Legion, because your passive already cooperates with it. After go for more environment Items like, WOTA (Will of the Ancients), or Abyssal Scepter.
I alwasy start with Aegis, after i take some Mage res and rush my Frozen Heart.
After you must have 5 Items, and at the last you need to buy Wards, but if an ally have Wriggle's Lantern he can ward the Baron in the Endgame.
Then you can go for GA (Guardian Angel) or more life like Rylai's Crystal Scepter, to slow the Enemys and heal more. And with GA (Guardian Angel) you can distract after you death.
IMPORTANT: Never forgett to buy Wards
