This build focus's on CDR ( cool down reduction ) soo u could heal almost every second of a team fight which make everyone alive
I will start with:
1.Pros and Cons.
2. about summoner spells.
3. about items.
4. about runes.
Starcall: Strikes nearby enemy units for 60/90/120/150/180 (+0.25) magic damage and reduces their Magic Resistance by 8 for 8 seconds This effect stacks up to 20 times.
not very good harrasing spell but uses low mana and reduces enemys magic resistance
Astral Blassing: Restores 80/135/190/245/300 (+1) health and grants 35 bonus armor for 9 seconds.
THIS IS YOUR MAIN AWESOME SPELL!! That gives UBER heals
infuse: If cast on an allied champion, restores 50/100/150/200/250 Mana.
If cast on an enemy champion, silences them for 1/1.5/2/2.5/3 second(s) and deals 50/100/150/200/250 (+0.6) magic damage.
This is your free harrasing spell and this is what keeps you in the lane longer cuz ussualy people goo back cuz of low health and low mana as long as you have both of those spells no need for going back.
Wish: Instantly restores 250/400/550 (+2) health to all allied champions.
Very awesome spell the gives you free assists from everywhere on the map.
Rbadons Deathcap : Very awesome item that gives you 155 AP tht makes your extra awesome
Soul Shroud : It gives all your team mates CDR and mana regen which is realy usefull
shurelya's reverie : Gives health regen and health which is good and CDR which you need.
Frozen heart : Gives you awesome CDR and awesome armour and mana which allows you to survive more and the main thing about it that nearby enemy champs have reduced attack speed.
(Active): Vladimir drains the lifeforce of his target, dealing magic damage and healing himself for 25% (+0.25 per ability power) of that amount.
Cooldown: 12 / 10 / 8 / 6 / 3 seconds
Magic Damage: 70 / 115 / 160 / 205 / 250 (+0.6 per ability power)
The best harrasing move for vlad the best thing iss that it has no cost! which makes him farm and get health back like crazy
Sanguine Pool - Vladimir sinks into a pool of blood becoming untargetable for 2.5 seconds. Additionally, enemies on the pool are slowed and Vladimir siphons life from them.

Vladmir deals 80/135/190/245/300 (+ (15% of bonus Health)) magic damage over the duration and heals himself for 12.5% of that amount.

Cooldown - 26/23/20/17/14 seconds.
VERY op move grants you the best 50% slow at rank 1 only!! soo it helps your team like in an insane way
[TIDES OF BLOOD]
(Active): Vladimir unleashes a torrent of blood dealing magic damage to nearby enemies.
Each cast gives him an Empowered stack (max 4), increasing his healing and regeneration by 8% each for 10 seconds. Additionally, his next tides of Blood deals 25% more damage and costs 50% more health per stack.
Cooldown: 4.5 seconds
Area of Effect: 620
Cost: 30 / 45 / 60 / 75 / 90 Health
Magic Damage: 60 / 90 / 120 / 150 / 180 (+0.45 per ability power)
Very good AOE spell as alot of vlads never use it and say its a bad AOE spell althought it does low damage as your in a fight you can use it multiple times and attacking everyone around which grants you an assist from everyone of those champs
Hemoplague - Vladimir infects an area with a virulent plague. Affected enemies take increased damage damage the units take and deals damage after a few seconds to infected enemies.

After 5 seconds, infected enemies take 200/300/400 (+0.75) magic damage.
Cost - 15% of Current Health

Cooldown - 120 seconds
VERY OP spell its the best too start with in a team fight since it gives everyone extra damage to the targeted people with the ulti very usefull and does very good damage after a period of time

Good move at late game but wastes so much mana so i reccomend not to get it before lvl 6
Pick A Card
Cast once to shuffle the deck and again to choose your card, enhancing your next attack.
Blue Card deals 30 / 45 / 60 / 75 / 90 (+40% of ability power) bonus damage and restores the bonus damage in mana to Twisted Fate.
Red Card deals 30 / 45 / 60 / 75 / 90 (+40% of ability power) bonus damage plus his attack damage to units around the target and slows their movement speed by 30 / 35 / 40 / 45 / 50%.
Gold Card deals half the bonus damage of Red and Blue Cards (+40% of ability power) and stuns for 1 / 1.25 / 1.5 / 1.75 / 2 seconds.
Cooldown 5 seconds | Cost 40 / 55 / 70 / 85 / 100 mana | Range 200
This is one of the most important moves for tf since the Red card does AOE damages and the gold card stuns them and the blue card gives you mana back soo it keeps you longer at mid and not goo back
Passive: Every 4 attacks, Twisted Fate deals an additional 55 / 80 / 105 / 130 / 155 (+40% of ability power) damage.
In addition, his attack speed is increased by 3 / 6 / 9 / 12 / 15% and his cooldowns are decreased by 3 / 6 / 9 / 12 / 15%.
Cooldown 90 / 75 / 60 / 45 / 30 seconds | Cost 80 / 70 / 60 / 50 / 40 mana | Range 25000
This is a dominate move, thats why I get Sword of divine early at game so stacked deck and sword of divine will be rlly good damage
Reveals all enemy champions (including stealthed champions) for 6 / 6 / 6 seconds.
While Destiny is active, Twisted Fate can teleport anywhere on the map.
Cooldown 130 / 110 / 90 seconds | Cost 150 / 125 / 100 mana | Range 25000
This is why you get extra gold lets you kill wounded people and even stealthy wounded people, another good case about it is that you can use it if the enemys have been missing for a certain time you could use it too see where they are if they are at baron or any other place.
