Introduction

Well,

That build was made by me in the early game, before the minions comes out. I used her because I was sick of killing and killing, that time I wanted to help, to save. I focused AP, HP, and all the defenses (Armor and Magic Resistance).

If you never played Soraka before, don't go too agressive, she doesn't answer so good as other heros. She have a great use, if you want to HELP, not kill. You will save people, heal, take a little damage, but you will kill only if you are good.

Im not so good, but I killed 6 times with Soraka, in the match I made the build.

Let's Get Started.

Masteries

All objective, no attack, a little defense, and much utility. She hasto use, so the priority is to use that ability on others not herself, for that, we need a big and fast regeneration.

Items

Doran's Ring - The best option for early game survival. We got health, a little ap, and a faster mana restore.
Ionian Boots of Lucidity - Cooldown will be great because team sometimes will need fast heals, so yourandwill be frequently used for heal.
Rabadon's Deathcap - The good of that build is the early game effectiveness, our first concrete item will be Rabadon's. That's because Soraka heals are moved by ap, so we give her that ap in the early game to make her hold the lane by her lane partner, healing him and helping to kill enemys with her.
Zhonya's Hourglass - Our first defense will be armor, and it comes with a huge amount of ap. That's great for Soraka because is just what she needs, she can't afford melee heros, and with that hourglas, she will be able to go into team fights. Also, the ability of the item will be very useful in teamfights that you couldn't run or guess will die.
Abyssal Scepter - Now is the other defense time, we got armor before, now we get magic resistance. Remember that all of that defense items comes with ap, so Soraka is getting more and more full of ap. Abyssal will help you and your team, with his shared magic resistance.
Guardian Angel - Showtime!! You will be able to get into teamfights to make your team KILL, guardian will make you almost impossible to kill. Armor and revive, its the gift of gods, and plus theability.
Banshee's Veil - With all that defense items with cool active spells, we can't forget to take Banshee's Veil, with magic resistance and all that active stuff, you will be the invincible supporter.

Skill Sequence

I basically focused the supporter skills first and thenStarcall.

Summoner Spells

Clarity - Will be used in extreme situations, when you get no mana and youris in cooldown, you need to give a fast answer, so you use Clarity to save your team.
* You can use clarity in early game to help your partner never leaving him without mana(if your partner use mana)
Teleport - That time it won't be used to save turrets (or will), it will be used to get back fast in your lane when you go to buy items (remember, with Soraka healing and restoring her partner mana, you laning will take too many time, so don't forget do go buy your items) or to save an allied from your enemy's fangs.

How to play

There are some little things that are cool to remember when playing Soraka, specially that one.
  • You are not strong. Attack or Defense, You suck, so you are not for 1vs1.
  • Remember to use your skills to HELP, if you try to kill desperately your team will not get helped and you will me useless.
  • Take care to stay on range for your teammates to be able to heal, and remember to do it.
  • Remember yourcan silence, so you can save someone's life with it, and maybe even kill the one who was following your teammate.

Those was a few tips about playing with this Soraka

Killing with this build Soraka

Killing with this Soraka is a bit easy, or not.
Your great spell that will kill people isbecause he deals magic damage and silences.

The base for killing here is LAST HIT.

You will NEVER go 1 on 1 with someone, its certain death, so if you see someone coming, run. That way you are not being noob, you are being intelligent, because you know you will die, so you don't.

In mid-late game you will be full of ap, so yourwill be full of damage, think about it.

In teamfights get closer when you see someone's dying and use yourto get the kill.
