Why?

Summoner spells ghost + clarity .

why do you even get seals of evasion if you build so squishy anyways ? The problem with this build is that you need flash on every champion really . How would you otherwise escape getting ganked on solo top ? Pantheon can only solo top because at bottom lane the current meta is AD ranged carry + support .

You also lack sustain with Pantheon and you get outlaned by a lot of champions who have a good ranged attack and sustain because they can damage you , you damage them with spear but they get the HP back much easier then you do and HP pots aren't really that viable after level 7 anymore . I think it's a better idea to get berserker greaves then trinity force then warmogs / atamas . This will give you survivability and good attack damage and attack speed . You might aswell as first item get regrowth pendant + health pot and make a quick philo stone since you need a lot of mana and the GP 5 helps at solo top .

In general you need to do more theory because I think everyone will know such a build as this one , also why do you get 3 bloodthirsters and not an infinity edge / last whisper ? You will lack in damage by not getting these 2 items because you need to kill 40 minions for full stacks on bloodthirsters . In the lategame this is hard to come by .

3 BT - No, 'cuz Pantheon is awesome with his "E" Skill as Last hit (they going to hate you for all KS) i prefer to sell one of three BT's and buy one Infinity Edge for his OP Passiv: 250% CriticalDmg instead of 200%!
AtkSpd Boots - If you don't die, it's okey. But merkurcs Boots is for a teamfight still better then AtkSpd.
