Easy matchup, watchout for early invades but once you have 6 he can't kill you and you'll abuse him.
Darius
They buffed him Jungle cause they wanted to change the meta, his clear is too fast so he will try to invade you; he has a better early game and if he gets fed game's over but he is like you and lacks gank potential most times.
Diana
They buffed her like Darius but its a bit easier, she will invade you and countergank you every time but if you have R you can kill her. I recommend Conqueror or Fleet for this matchup.
Evelynn
You outfarm her but it can go either way: You get fed, you invade her, you get every drake and you easly win or She gets legit 2 kills and solokills you for no reason. Its up to you what runepage to choose I prefer Fleet.
Ivern
Annoying early but he depends on teamfights so he can't 1v1 at all but he will always try to invade so remember to ward your jungle.
Ekko
You outfarm him but he ganks better than you, its the same as Eve if he gets 2 kills he is unstoppable.
Elise
Heavy CC, Easily escapes from you (except when you have R), counter ganks you every time and will invade you.
Graves
Annoying cause he will invade every single time, Take Predator counter gank and you easily 1v1 him.
Hecarim
This is where I get angry; since now Hecarim build tank he will just bring hell on every lane, but since you build Demonic Embrace just R him and its an easy kill most times.
Jax
Dodge this matchup or simply Permaban him; his R nullyfies your chance of killing him by sending him into the shadow real, he shredds armor and will take every single camp.
Kayn
If he takes Rhaast you're just fucked, unkillable even with antiheal and 600 armor. BUT if he goes Shadow you might have a chance to do something.
Kha'Zix
Unexpectedly and easy matchup, you outfarm him but he counterganks you, if he doesn't have 30 kills he can't 1v1 you.
Pantheon
Invades you, counter ganks you and since most Pantheon players run PTA a fully stacked W will almost oneshot you, but you easly kill him alone with R.
Kindred
Kites you, invades you, you can't kill her.
Karthus
Poor Karthus, easy lane invade him and take every camp, you both struggle with ganks so you usually countergank him.
Master Yi
Its just Master Yi he walks to you presses Q and you evaporate, if Jax is already banned ban Yi.
Olaf
He cancels your R, has better clear, strong ganks and its too tanky.
Rammus
Before it was an easy lane but now that they reworked him you better watchout, you should always win 1v1s but careful of what he has built.
Shaco
Annoying but you destroy him, since he will always get fed cause he can go invisible wait for him in his jungle and R him. Go Spellbook so that you have Ignite and Barrier
Taliyah
Same as Ivern but she has early burst damage.
Volibear
He counters you, since most players build him full tank you will never win a 1v1 with him.
Lee Sin
He got buffed for whatever reason so now its hard to play against him, Its Blind Jax.
Warwick
He just doesn't die
Zed
Oh no, anyway. He got a buffed where now he does a shit ton of bonus damage to monsters (like 500%) so like Darius he clears better than you. But its so easy to kill him, since he is jungle he doesn't have ignite and will not solokill you.
Zac
Easy matchup.
Vi
Difficult early to mid game but if she isn't to fed R her and you should kill her easily.
Trundle
Jax 2.0
Bard
Slows.
Yuumi
If you have a good Yuumi and you will win the game, let her come with you and carry your team
