The Theory
To start, rip glacial. Glacial is not viable and the replacement First strike does work, until it doesn't... Either because the enemies have too much poke, or the rune loses effectiveness over the game. Fleet is where it's at. Senna's passive steals a portion of enemies' move speed, this alone doesn't make much of a difference and so celerity is needed to help make it work. Senna's passive + Fleet Footwork + Celerity = A guaranteed Soul Stack + Sustain. With all those extra souls we can stack Senna's passive such that we increase our range and crit until we start getting that juicy passive lifesteal.
TLDR: Senna no glacial, First strike is caca, Fleet footwork guarantees stack and health. Stack passive lifesteal quickly.
