Never take just magic pen in the jungle. None of the non elite monsters have Magic resist so its a wasted stat. If anything hybrid pen would work better but i think with Akali's kit AD reds would be a better choice.

In your Rune section you don't show the Tier 3 Runes with your coding and missed out the coding when mentioing your Quintessence choice. If this is a guide for Summoner's Rift (seems to be because of Deathcap and just basic information) I question why you added Blackfire Torch as an option because because it isn't available on SR.
