The whole point is to put out the highest possible reliable dps. Biggest problem here lies midgame before you end up getting your Phantom Dancers. Survivability is a bit low however. But the on-hit from Madred's and Armor Pen from Last Whisper should put this reliably at the highest DPS for just any build. No Lifesteal or any type of defense just means you need to be more careful than anything else.

I can't imagine why we need a build for straight crit.
