use your ULTI and SPINNING SLASH to kill your enemy or escape or steal some life from creeps.
if your ULTI go to expired and your life is low use BLOODLUST if you are silenced use HEAL!
if you found a stronger enemy or GANGPLANK use EXHAUST if it is in cooldown avoid him.
careful with the AP champions, just use your ULTI early.
and watch out for rammus he is very danger
