I can't upvote this guide for a couple reasons:

1. Running 30 points in the utility tree doesn't make much sense considering the uselessness of some of those points. Consider a 0/9/21 setup for early damage mitigation from their AD carry and a little bit more tankiness. Take the point out of Improved Recall for Summoner's Insight , since the reduced CD Flash is much more valuable. Scout and Sage are both fairly useless, as is the very insignificant mana regen buff from Meditation . Therefore, you'd benefit much more from going into the defensive tree as far as Veteran's Scars since for 1 point the health boost is fairly significant.

2. Your guide is fairly short, especially the sections I was most looking forward to reading. The teamfights section is short and there are no explanations on the laning phase whatsoever. I would go more in-depth on these part since they're the most important sections and what separates a build from a guide.

3. You don't mention other viable boots for Taric, since Mobility Boots are definitely not the optimal boots for every situation. Mercury's Treads, Ninja Tabi, and occasionally Ionian Boots of Lucidity all have their uses.

I'd use Sona runes on him: same setup except with greater seal of replenishment instead, since he has a lot of armor from Shatter, AND because a competent enemy can run him out of mana fairly easily. Especially if his carry is bad.

A straight and thoroughly guide in my opinion. Yet it's lack of situational items (Ex: a Taric with a zeke's herald changed a whole game as it make up for his DPS and lifesteal lacking carry)... I'll upvote.

I'll check later if you had some stuff.

I thought it was thoroughly explained.

Hey man. It's looking very good and it's pretty straight forward. I like the setup. Keep up the good work! P.S. I would suggest adding in more to it though.

Just skimmed through the whole text.

It looks very nice and all, but is relatively short. Try to add some more information, like situational items, warding tips, how to zone the opponent etc.

For now, I won't vote, but I'll definitely add a +1 if you put some more work into it. :)
