If you will complete the build and havw all those items, you can sell haunting mask and buy second rylais scepter and you can sell will of the ancients too and buy third, it will give 1980 health and 312 ap , gl and hf ENJOY by Pan Killer.

Now all you have to do is make some sort of setup with sections, add some pretty pictures, and underline what you feel is important with either [ b ], [ i ], or literally [ u ]. But first of all sections, why? Because it makes it less of a bother to read that wall of text, I mean c'mon can't you at least put some style into it ffs? You seem to have run out of things to write half-way through and mixed up with casters, what you wanna write, and how obscenely good you are at this game. Now don't get me wrong, I'm sure you struggled... I mean worked hard for this, but did you actually consider reading this yourself? A bit more structure would do nicely, and why the comments? You can't delete them for what-ever reason.

The build is 'ok' tho it could use a few tweaks, but that's what we all think right?

About more than 1 rylais scepter : Well you propably think that this item dont work together right? well it work for me , first thing is that there is no item what can give so much for vladimir , its 500 hp and 80 ap and it go back . 500 hp =24 ap and 80 ap = 160 health so every rylais give 660 hp and 104 ap = 5 rylais its 3300 hp and 524 ap , not bad dont ya? you can delete one rylais to uy mejais soulstealer witch give 160 ap , you have then 4 k or 5 k with this , and remember that EVERY PASSIVE WITCH DONT HAVE UNIQUE WORK TOGETHER, only unique auras , items or some dmg or hp items dont work together ,its same as 4 bloothirster, they work together right? so it too , it slows 35 % normally with single spells ,and 15 % on multi , so on 4 you have multi 60 % and single 95 % not bad hey? gl and hf if you wanna see what exactly stats are on 4 rylais justt ask me , will do build just for ya BY Pan Killer.

First item boots is just your choice, choose sorcerers if you wanna deal more dmg with spells or mercury if they have much disables , stuns, slows, taunts, snares, immobilizers :)
